In May 2024 I was invited to speak at the Sanjeevini Annual Conference of the Sanjeevini Association in Maria Alm, Austria. The conference brought together practitioners working with Sanjeevini healing systems and related approaches to holistic healing.
In my talk, “Education to the Higher Self and Healing”, I shared insights from my work with different healing methods and my experience supporting people in releasing emotional and subconscious blockages.
A central theme of the talk is the role of the Higher Self in healing and personal development. When we become more connected to this deeper level of awareness, it becomes easier to act according to the five human values: truth, right action, peace, love and nonviolence.
In the talk I also discuss how negative beliefs, thoughts and emotional patterns can create inner blockages that limit our access to this deeper level of consciousness. Many of these patterns originate in childhood experiences and can influence our behaviour and wellbeing for many years.
