In May 2024 I was invited to speak at the annual conference of the Sanjeevini Association in Maria Alm, Austria. The conference brought together practitioners who work with the Sanjeevini healing system and related approaches to holistic healing.
In my talk “Education Towards the Higher Self and Healing” I spoke about my work with different healing methods and about my experience in supporting people as they release emotional and subconscious blockages.
What the talk was about
A central theme of the talk is the role of the Higher Self in healing and personal development. When we are connected to this deeper level of consciousness, it becomes easier to act according to the five human values: truth, right conduct, peace, love and non-violence.
In the talk I also explore how negative beliefs, thoughts and emotional patterns can create inner blockages that limit our access to this deeper level of consciousness. Many of these patterns originate in childhood experiences, and they can influence our behaviour and wellbeing for many years.
