Welcome! Here you will find all information regarding my services and the framework of our collaboration. Transparency and clarity are important to me, so that we can fully focus on your transformation.

1. Individual Sessions (1:1 Sessions)

Details:

In-person sessions: Upon request at my practice near Stadelhofen station (Zurich). A room fee of CHF 30 applies. In-person sessions are only available in the 50-minute format.
Time Value: The times indicated represent the actual time spent with me (Zoom or in-person).
Couples: Sessions for couples are available upon request.

3. Terms of Service

To ensure high quality and commitment, the following conditions apply to all bookings:

1. Appointments & Booking: Sessions take place online via Zoom or in person in Zurich by arrangement. The Zoom link is sent automatically via email after booking.

2. Payment: Payment is due in advance. In Switzerland via TWINT or bank transfer. International payments are possible via credit card or PayPal.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling (48h Rule): Your time is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or no-shows will be charged in full. Workshops and group sessions are non-refundable.

4. Responsibility & Disclaimer: My services support your self-healing capacity and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Responsibility for your health and decisions remains with you at all times. Services are not covered by health insurance.

5. Recordings (Groups): Group sessions and workshops are recorded. Participants will remain anonymous or will only be shown in the video with explicit permission.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be treated with absolute confidentiality. Details can be found in my Privacy Policy.
