For several years I have offered a virtual one-month cleansing course for people who want to bring more health, vitality, inner peace and lightness into their daily lives. The course is available in German and English and can be started from anywhere in the world.
The program developed out of my work with holistic health, my yoga teacher training and my experience with healing work and it also draws on principles of detoxification taught by Natalia Rose.
The intention of the course is not a radical cleanse but a thoughtful and sustainable approach to improving daily routines and supporting wellbeing.
The course looks at cleansing from several perspectives. On a physical level it explores how nutrition, food combining, juicing and other detoxification tools can support the body in reducing toxicity and restoring energy.
At the same time we also look at the emotional and mental dimensions of cleansing. Many habits around food are connected to subconscious patterns, stress or learned behaviours. Understanding these patterns can help people change routines more easily and create a healthier relationship with food.
The course also includes a spiritual dimension. In yoga philosophy the different layers of our being are called Koshas – the physical, energetic, mental, wisdom and bliss bodies. When we work on one of these levels it naturally influences the others as well. Cleansing the physical body can therefore also support greater clarity, emotional balance and a deeper sense of peace.
Participants receive weekly audio lectures, written materials and gentle exercises that can be integrated step by step into daily life. The program is designed as a gradual process that allows each participant to move at their own pace.
Today my work focuses mainly on healing sessions and subconscious transformation. The cleansing course remains one of the ways in which people can begin to explore how lifestyle, awareness and inner balance influence wellbeing.
