Come and join a morning with yoga for parents and kids together!
Saturday, 26.08.2017 from 10am – 11:30am at YogaNation, Seefeldstrasse 7a, 8008 Zürich
Come with your whole family and spend a lovely afternoon together with yoga, yoga games, chanting, simple meditation, breathing and relaxation.
Have a lot of fun and do yoga with your kids together. You learn poses, that you can do in pairs, on your own or with more people together. They are easy to do at home, too.
